Resource Manager at Continuity of Care, Kaiser Permanente

Oct 2019 - Present

  • Operational oversight for Continuity of Care Department at 343-bed critical care teaching hospital.

  • New client/vendor relationship management for integration of healthcare technologies & services.

  • Collaborated with regional leadership and peers on improvement initiatives.

  • Stabilized staffing by rebalancing schedule during a COVID, while increasing throughput.
